New construction
You have chosen the home of your dreams, but it does not exist yet? No problem — that is why BulgarBuild is here. To lay the foundations and then build the structural shell. We also have the equipment and skills for formwork, striking, and removing surface and groundwater. We have professionals for excavation, foundations and reinforcement as well.
Building renovation
Renovating a building is a key step towards keeping it durable. Our construction company offers complete solutions for external insulation and renders that improve energy efficiency, increase comfort and extend the life of your building. Our work includes thermal insulation, waterproofing, sound insulation, and various external renders — silicone, polymer, mineral and more.
Roof repairs
We look after your safety with professional roof repairs for all kinds of buildings — houses, apartment blocks, commercial buildings, industrial sites and more. With an experienced team and high-quality materials we carry out every roofing service — full or partial roof repair, building a new roof, stripping, waterproofing, re-laying tiles, and sheet-metal work.
Outdoor renovations
Appearance is the first thing that draws people's attention. We offer complete outdoor renovation solutions that restore and improve the look and function of your home or business. We convert terraces and balconies, repair yards and verandas, and build and repair fences.
Interior renovations
The interior of a building is the heart of comfort and function. We are here to turn your home into the living space that matches your needs and style. From plastering in the kitchen and living room to plasterboard, latex painting and tiling, laying laminate or installing parquet — our specialists deliver high-quality, tailored solutions for every project.
Demolition and stripping
We provide professional demolition and stripping, with an efficient, safe solution for every situation. We haul away construction waste. It is no surprise that many renovations also need stripping out. With an experienced team and modern equipment we deliver fast, precise results, following all safety standards and permits. We also clear basements, demolish old buildings and remove waste materials.

From Vili
on 23 July 2023Professional, reliable, client-focused service. The result is impeccable, and extra points for the fact that during the bathroom renovation the site stayed clean the whole time. I will use them again!
From Petar
on 16 August 2023I got great professionalism and quality from BulgarBuild. I trusted them with a turnkey renovation and they did not disappoint! Besides doing the work well, they helped with important advice on materials, prices and suppliers.
From Svetlyo
on 2 May 2023High-quality work that stayed on schedule. The price is not the cheapest, but they handled the renovation as a whole and I barely had to get involved. Good client service. I am happy with the company and its staff.
From Teodora
on 15 December 2023Ilia ran my project and I was very impressed. The client service is simply outstanding, and you can be sure you have trusted the right people. I recommend the company wholeheartedly. The works went smoothly for me. Well done, BulgarBuild!
From Andrey
on 5 June 2023For me they have outstanding professionals! I needed a more specific repair that few tradespeople take on, but they came and fixed the problem quickly. They work fast, they have people for everything, and the technical lead Ilia is extremely competent. I am happy!
From Simona
on 17 November 2023I trusted them because several people I know had used their services, and I am glad we worked together. I expected a full renovation to take a long time, but they were so fast I barely noticed when they ticked off every task and issue that came up. A great renovation from a great company!
A clear way of working
We give clients a transparent, convenient process. We walk you through every construction task we will do, we prepare a suitable quote for the works, and then — the most important step — we carry out all construction and renovation work to a high standard, on time, with the best techniques and materials we can.
Consultation
Clear communication is the first step to a successful renovation. As an experienced construction company we aim to give every client a personal, professional consultation. Our experts help you define your goals and the path to them: a phone consultation, a site survey, bills of quantities and a discussion of them.
Quote
We provide detailed, individual proposals for all kinds of construction work. With attention to every detail, our quotes set out the services, prices and timescales clearly. We aim for transparency and accuracy in every quote, so you can plan with confidence and no price changes afterwards.
Delivery
We turn your ideas into reality. With an experienced construction team and up-to-date methods and technologies, we guarantee quality, efficient delivery of every job. Our aim is not only professional services from small repairs to turnkey building, but a smooth experience for our clients through to completion.

Frequently asked questions
We answer the questions you ask most often. From our services and prices to how we work and delivery times, you will find useful information here. We give our clients clarity and confidence with thorough, practical answers.
When will I get a quote?
We usually send a quote within 24 hours of the survey, once we have seen the site and understood what you want. It still depends on the type of job, but you can be sure you will get a quote as soon as possible.
Can I get a quote that includes materials as well as labour?
Of course! At BulgarBuild we know not everyone has time to research and buy the materials for a renovation, so we will take that on and then give you a quote including materials. We use quality construction products to back up the standard we offer.
Is the survey charged?
The survey is free within Varna and the surrounding area. We need it to meet you, see the site and be clear what work is required. Once we agree a convenient day and time, our specialists will come to inspect and discuss the renovation.
What are the payment options?
You can pay in several convenient ways: at an EasyPay desk by money transfer; by bank transfer in a branch or online; or in cash after the job is finished and you have approved it.
What guarantees does the company give as contractor?
We are a construction company, we work with contracts, and we stand behind every job with our name. Every renovation is different. If we have completed all stages of the project, the warranty we give is 5 years for interior works and 10 years for exterior works.
Do I have to buy all the materials, or can you do it?
Feel free to leave that to us. We will tell you about every material we buy during the renovation and give you the documents for them. We will keep you informed in advance so you know which products we will purchase.
If I have more questions, can I contact you directly?
Of course — we are available to answer your questions. You can call us during working hours, every weekday from 07:00 to 18:00. You can also email admin@bulgarbuild.com. You will find our location on the site and you are welcome to visit and discuss any construction services in person.
